I have a love of all animals, and a passion for painting them. Working in various media including pastels, oils, acrylic and watercolours, I pick the paint and style that I think will best be suited to your dog's individual character and features. Commissions taken for all breeds and crossbreeds. I tend to do head and shoulder portraits, with the eyes as the focal point. However, full body portraits can be ordered too.
A quality photograph is needed in a good light, or even better, a few photo's. You can send these by post or e-mail. We will discuss the size, media, etc. When I have completed the painting I will send you a photo by post or e-mail so you can see the finished product before I deliver. It can take up to 3 weeks between placing the order and receiving the finished painting.
Portraits can be ordered framed or unframed, but are always mounted (unless acrylic or oil on canvas). I use a professional framing studio for my work.
